Claire Welshe is an experienced Occupational Therapist and has a private practice in Brisbane and over 20 years of experience in conducting medicolegal assessments.

Claire conducts Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE), NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Vocational Assessments, Activities of Daily Living Assessments, and Needs Assessments for Estate Claims. Claire also has experience with conducting medicolegal assessments for children with catastrophic injuries such as birth, head, spinal, physical and psychological injuries; adults with catastrophic injuries such as serious motor vehicle accident or workplace accidents resulting in a combination of serious head, physical, spinal and/or psychological injuries; assessment of the impact of physical injuries such as back, neck, shoulder, knee, hand and foot injuries; assessment of the impact of psychological injuries such as those associated with workplace bullying, trauma or ongoing impairment, such as depression, anxiety and PTSD; assessment of the functional impact of head injuries; assessment of the functional impact of spinal injuries, including quadriplegia and paraplegia.

Claire also has clinical experience and has provided evidence in trials.

Claire is based in Brisbane however, can travel for assessments, if required.
