Dr Leah Stuckings BA(Hons), DClinPsych, MAPS, FCCLP is a Clinical Psychologist based on the Sunshine Coast with more than 25 years of experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adult mental health conditions. She holds full registration with AHPRA and consults in person on the Sunshine Coast, with video assessments available Australia-wide.

Dr Stuckings operates a busy private clinical practice and is a former Lecturer and Clinical Supervisor at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Her clinical expertise encompasses comprehensive psychological assessment, psychometric testing, and mental state examinations.

She has extensive experience in medico-legal assessment and report writing, preparing independent expert reports across a broad range of matters, including personal injury, criminal, immigration, employment, and family law. Dr Stuckings completed training in the Psychiatric Impairment Rating Scale (PIRS) in 2015, with refresher training in 2025, and is qualified to conduct psychiatric impairment assessments for Queensland personal injury matters.

In addition to her clinical and medico-legal practice, Dr Stuckings undertakes contract assessment work for Australian Government departments.

Outside of her professional work, Dr Stuckings enjoys practising yoga and travelling with her family.

Dr Stuckings is qualified to provide complex independent medico-legal reports for motor vehicle injuries in Queensland, ACT, Tasmania, Western Australia and Northern Territory; for Public Liability matters, including Institutional Abuse, in Queensland, ACT, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory; for workers compensation matters in Queensland; and for Comcare, Superannuation, and DVA matters nationally.
