Dr Wong, a vascular and endovascular surgeon, has over 25 years of experience and is currently a Senior Medical Officer in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital. Dr Yew Toh Wong completed his training in the United Kingdom, the United States and also Adelaide and Perth. Dr Wong is a fellow at the Royal Australian College of Surgeons and is a member of the Australia and New Zealand Society of Vascular Surgery.

Dr Wong has clinical interests in diabetes limb salvage, aortic disease, renal access surgery, carotid disease, venous disease, retroperitoneal lymph node dissection and trauma.

Dr Wong consults in Queensland and is accredited with MAIAS (South Australia) for upper and lower extremities, accredited for WPI assessment in South Australia for skin, cardiovascular system, upper and lower extremities and with the Medical Assessment Tribunal (Queensland) for cardiovascular system.

Dr Yew Toh Wong is fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Dr Wong prepares detailed reports for motor vehicle claims, public liability matters including workers’ compensation matters, superannuation and medical negligence claims and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) reports.”
