Dr Penzhorn MBCHB, FRANZCP has over 20 years experience working in forensic psychiatry, rehabilitation, acute psychiatry and the care of older patients with specialties in the field of anxiety disorder, depresion, PTSD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorder, neurological psychiatry, general adult psychiatry, mood disorders, dementia and older persons’ psychiatry.

When he is not working, Dr Penzhorn enjoys spending time with his family, music, cooking and exploring the bush.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr Penzhorn is able to provide medico-legal reports for a variety of complex matters assessing people in person on the Gold Coast.  Dr Penzhorn can provide reports regarding Queensland motor vehicle claims, public liability matters including institutional abuse, workers compensation matters, superannuation claims and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) reports.
