Why are there legal resources on a doctors’ website?
Our litigation team has over forty years’ of combined experience in personal injuries and compensation law practice, and, having left our typical solicitor-roles to join IML, we spend our days teaching doctors how lawyers think. We devote a great deal of time to reviewing judgments, AMA Guides, legislation, and regulations so that we can give our experts the best training, so that they in turn can produce the most high-quality reports. We hope that by sharing our learnings here, practising solicitors can benefit even more directly from our study (and perhaps save some precious time).
